Here’s how to join the fun at our larger events Ironweld, Summer Slaughter and Everwinter.

We’re excited you’re interested in vending at a Wicked Dicey event! Below is everything you need to know to get set up and make the most of your time with us. Anything not covered below is covered in our Vendor Guide. We welcome feedback, and if you have any questions, don’t hesitate to reach out. To reserve a booth, fill out our Vendor Application. Once approved, we’ll need full payment to lock in your space. Booth assignments are only confirmed after payment is received. We can’t accept vendors who directly compete with Wicked Dicey or create a conflict of interest for the event.

Payment Details
We accept PayPal and credit/debit cards. We’ll invoice you and once payment clears, we’ll confirm your booth assignment by email. Additional tables, chairs, badges, power, internet, or other amenities can be requested during the application process. Any extras must be paid at the same time as your booth.
Load-In
Friday before the event, 11AM – 10PM. Or Saturday of the event 8AM – 9AM. Stop by the registration desk to check in before setting up. Booths must be open and staffed during all public hours. Early breakdowns aren’t permitted unless arranged in advance.
- Booth spaces can’t be shared or sublet without prior approval.
- Only sell items approved during your application.
- No decorations, signs, or banners may be taped, nailed, or stapled to walls, floors, or furniture. Damage to the venue may result in fees.
- Wicked Dicey reserves the right to remove any vendor or products that violate these rules.
Security & Liability
While we’ll have staff controlling access to the Vendor Hall, you’re responsible for your own booth and belongings. Wicked Dicey isn’t liable for theft, damage, or injuries.
Cancellations
If we cancel your booth (for rule violations or missed payments): no refunds.
If you cancel: notify us in writing. Refunds aren’t guaranteed and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
