Everwinter Vendor Space

Vendor space at Everwinter. Applications go through our vendor map, and we assign your spot after payment so we can group the hall sensibly.

Your space includes two convention passes, yours and one for whoever’s working the booth with you. Add their name below, or leave it blank if you’re running solo. These names print on the badges, so use what they go by.

We’ll send load-in details, your spot assignment, and everything else you need as we get closer to the event.
