This demo will use rattle can undercoats, oil washes, and household items like cotton swabs to get an excellent treatment for your miniatures. In this class we will go over how to paint more expressive faces for tabletop miniatures through layering techniques. We will explore different tones to add visual interest. We will also show how to apply glazes to add color variety to a face and bring it to life. Paint and Miniatures will be provided by the instructor. Intro to Non-Metallic Metal with Matthew Cantor

In this class, students will learn the basics behind non metallic metal and will have the opportunity to paint a basic metal shape such as a sword or pauldron. We will discuss what tones to use for different types of metal, light contrast in metal, and basic highlight placement.
